Consumer Protection Law; Returns must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without opening the packaging, damaging or spoiling it, and without using the product.
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, "Goods that are contrary to their characteristics stated in the promotional and user manual or in advertisements and announcements or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected from them by the consumer in terms of their intended use are considered defective goods."
If the customer reports a defective product within 30 days from the date of delivery, he/she has the right to return the product, receive a price reduction, receive a free replacement or receive a free repair.
